Enterprise questions, answered
What to expect when planning an Enterprise project.
How many teams or locations can a project cover?
Enterprise is scoped for organisations with several teams or locations. We agree the required sites, users and workflows in a tailored proposal, with rollout planned in phases.
How are data handling and access requirements agreed?
Before implementation, we review the information involved, user responsibilities and access needs. Relevant processing arrangements, including a Data Processing Agreement where required, are set out in the agreed terms.
Can you work with our existing systems?
We assess supported connections for the proposed services. First Essential UK supplies and supports its own EPOS/POS offering; we do not integrate, configure or adapt another provider's POS. Non-POS integrations are considered separately.
What support is included?
Support, onboarding, training and any ongoing service are set out in your tailored quote and agreed terms. The scope depends on the services you choose.
Do we need an internal technical team?
We agree who will manage content, approvals and day-to-day use, and identify the implementation and training support your team needs. Your proposal records the responsibilities of each party.
